RFID - Garments
THE ADVANTAGES OF USING RFID:
With its slim, unobtrusive design, and excellent functions the RFID smart label is the ideal solution  for the traceability of textile garments.

The RFID tag can be discreetly hidden  in the garment or item,  in a variety of places. As it is not visible,  it can carry out  anti- theft protection, providing a great level of savings, particularly to the retail store concerned.

The automation of the supply chain means each step, from production to warehouse delivery is carried out easily and efficiently. It is not even necessary to open cartons, as their contents can be automatically identified- up to several hundred garments at a time.

IT system up-dates can also be carried out automatically.

Once the goods are in-store, RFID can assist  with replenishment and sales. It can also monitor the
location of goods, and the tagging of multiple garments or shoes means stock-taking time can be significantly reduced.

This system is carried out by passing a hand- held device near to the hung or shelved garments and the system registers the garments, signaling any irregularities, or a missing item. The same RFID label can also protect garments against shop-lifting, without the necessity of applying any other security tags which have to be removed at the moment of sale.
